Shipping, Returns, + Exchanges
Return + Exchange Policy:
We hope you love your LISA TODD. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we make it quick and easy to return items. Unworn items purchased within 20 days are returnable. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.
How to Return Merchandise:
Please email customerservice@lisatoddnow.com before returning any merchandise. A customer service representative will issue you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Please pack the merchandise in the original box and send. All returned orders carry a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from the order payment refund.
Only merchandise purchased from www.lisatoddnow.com will be accepted for returns and exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
Refunds:
Once your returns/exchanges have been received, please allow 14-21 business days for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Discounts generated through the rewards system are not transferable or re-usable in the case of a return or exchange.
Discount Policy:
Discount codes may not be combined with any other ongoing offers, promotions, or discounts.
Rewards Points redeemed at the time of purchase can be used towards 1order only.
Final Sale:
Merchandise reduced by 50% or greater is a FINAL SALE. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Methods + Rates
LISA TODD uses UPS or USPS to ship orders. We offer ground shipping for domestic orders. We use Worldwide Express Saver for international orders.

Free ground shipping for orders within the Continental U.S. of $100+

For orders being shipped outside of the United States, please be sure to use a valid street address and note that we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. We cannot guarantee that international orders will ship the next business day since additional verification is often necessary. Most shipments will be delivered within 3-8 business days; however, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.
Taxes + Duties
Please note our customers are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, and/or other fees that their country may impose to permit delivery of their order. Tax and duty fees are not reflected during checkout. If the delivery is refused, the shipment and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from the total order refund. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
